Microsoft fixes influential analyst’s DRM problem

Michael GartenbergMicrosoft DRM was hell on influential analyst Michael Gartenberg, a user of Microsoft Reader, causing him to turn to the Amber program. Now his particular problem is apparently fixed, and he’s deleted Amber from his hard desk and a link to it from his blog. The obvious question: Would Microsoft have been so helpful to mere mortals?
