One Response to “Eternal DRM as a copyright extender?”

  1. This has always been one of the big concerns of anti-DMCA activists, and some would even say this is the intended consequence of the legislation.

Even without nefarious copyright holders using the law to maintain their monopoly, though, the DMCA and DRM can also prevent works from being preserved for the ages.
