This one is more about books available for the Kindle rather than about the hardware itself: http://kindlereader.blogspot.com/
There are a few Kindle blogs that exist but have not been updated since early this year so I assume they have been abandoned so I did not include those links.

Seems like a pretty good mashup of ressources for the Kindle and e-books in general.
