		<description>I was surprised when I saw a Sony Reader hanging on a peg in my local Target store, but now that I&#039;ve read this article it makes more sense. I&#039;m happy to see the  electronic reading device becoming a little more mainstream.

I&#039;m not sure that people will really understand what it is unless they&#039;ve already heard what the Sony Reader is all about. I&#039;m not prepared to buy one right now because the technology is being improved so quickly there is no telling how long it will be before this model becomes obsolete.</description>
