		<description>I know that low power consumption is an advantage of eInk, but I&#039;ve never had problems with battery life on my eBookWise (8 or more hours of use per charge) so that never really worried me. What has surprised me is the cost. As this article mentions, eInk&#039;s design allows cost-effective manufacturing. However, to date, it hasn&#039;t been cheap at all. 

I&#039;m surprised and not exactly pleased that the eInk people think it will take years to really bring the price down. Keep plugging away, guys.
