‘E-Books make new bid for readers’: A French perspective from AFP

Isn’t this AFP video a bit Sony-centric? I’d welcome follow-ups with such outfits as Feedbooks, even if Sony’s activities are the news peg. How about an iPhone mention? Or a reference to Stanza or eReader, both of which are internationally popular?

Also, do you notice the got-to-protect ourselves fixation of the book-biz man speaking toward the end

Yep, DRM has been catnip for music consumers, no? Isn’t it only right that the book business try to outDRM ‘em? (Major sarcasm alert.)
