For us, it's more like a simple string- Do you want it? Is it available in digital formats? Is it in a format you support (ex, ePub, Mobi, no DRM)? Is it reasonably priced to you? If the answer is "No" to any of these... <em>you walk away</em>. Flowcharts? We don't need no <em>steenkeeng</em> flowcharts! Ha ha ha ha ha!
