TeleRead subscriptions now available for the Kindle at $1.99 a month—but we’re still free elsewhere

By David Rothman

image Simply for the convenience of Kindle owners, we’re now available as a Kindle blog—readable via subscription at $1.99 a month.

If you own a Kindle and prefer “Free,” you can still read us directly through the browser or by way of arrangements at Feedbooks.

  1. Should I be surprised you signed up for that?

Nope, Christine. Of course I’m not happy with the terms and—as others have pointed out—-the failure to make sufficient use of links. I may yet bolt.

Still, this’ll help us reach more Kindle owners to educate them about DRM and the need for ePub and anti-trust monitoring of Amazon.

    Thanks,
    David
