Some libraries have been able to leverage the complicated programs to have some great programs. The vast majority just use it to cut down on internet costs. However, many don't use it all. It's too complicated and the rules are so restrictive that it is a deterrent to most libraries. An easier process would be welcomed, thank you for highlighting that. David,

However, many don’t use it all. It’s too complicated and the rules are so restrictive that it is a deterrent to most libraries. An easier process would be welcomed, thank you for highlighting that.
