That&#039;s a great observation about e-rate. Some libraries have been able to leverage the complicated programs to have some great programs. The vast majority just use it to cut down on internet costs. However, many don&#039;t use it all. It&#039;s too complicated and the rules are so restrictive that it is a deterrent to most libraries. An easier process would be welcomed, thank you for highlighting that.</description>
