eScape updated with Linux version

eScape is a free Open Office to EPUB converter. I received the following email from Munish Kumar about a recent upgrade:

With over 5000 downloads in less than four months we have just announced the Linux version of eScape to answer the increasing requests of open source communities from different parts of the world. Both Linux and Windows versions are ready for download at Infogrid Pacific site at:

The latest release comes with improved functionalities and features. Some highlights of the latest version of eScape include:

* Improved support for Sony BBeB devices- facilitating users to make
considerably smaller ePub packages.
* Improved support for creation of localized NCX TOC entries since
the last upgrade- allowing explicit language content control of
the TOC visible in a Reader.

  1. It would be nice if they offered a pro version for those who might want to sell their own books in ePub format, even if it’s a paid download.
