Kindle 1 – refurbished, only $199

41mLdDed4ML._SL110_.jpg Picked this up from the Kindle Review. It really is a great deal at that price. I have both the 1 and the 2, and even though I love the 2, I had no real problems with the 1. The major flaw of the 1 is that the buttons are too easy to press accidentally, but you soon get used to that. One major advantage of the one is that is has an SD card slot, so it is much easier to save and archive your books. No need to connect the machine to your computer.

At this price it should be given serious consideration. The Review has a nice listing of the pros and cons of the 1 vs the 2.
