fictionwise Is Fictionwise backing down a bit on the geo-bans on downloads of some already-bought books? No telling. But a European reader’s comment today offers a little hope. Maybe. Thanks, Geert! Keep us posted.

The news from late this morning: “It looks like in the last hour or so Fictionwise has removed the new verification from the bookshelf. All my books can be downloaded again. I wonder for how long?”

  1. Zerospinboson on the Mobipocket forum was the one who noticed that the new verification had been removed from the Fictionwise bookshelf. I just confirmed it.
