European Union launches digital library

At the Frankfurt Book Fair the EU launched its digital library which has more than 50 years of documents and is free on the internet.

About 11,000 publications, 12 million pages, were scanned from the EU archives and the library now consists or 140,000 publications, with 1,500 digital ones being added each year. You can find the details here.
