Opera, Louisiana Style: Part I

In early September, a friend mentioned to me that in a couple weeks there was to be a presentation on opera at the Lafayette Parish Public Library. We decided to go. Dr. Susan Nicassio discussed Verdi. She proved so amusing and had such an interest in her subject that I knew I'd have to interview her for the blog. We worked out the particulars and I am pleased to offer this interview for my blog regulars and first-time visitors.
