		<description>i think you are over evaluation what tao lin was doing. as far as i understand, besides getting publicity, tao needed money and he thought of a practical way to get it. It is not an action based in "the real world", it was more like a child simulating the real world to get what he wants. The fact there may be the SEC and legal issues kinda shows that tao acted without worrying too much about complicated consequences, i think maybe he was just having fun</description>
